This is not just a retreat, this is a 3 day imersive intensive that will change your life. Retreat guests will step away from the distractions of their daily routines to join us in the beautiful rolling hills of Maryland at Lloyd's Legacy Farm.
In the weeks leading up the retreat, all guests will recive detailed nutrition and movement guidelines to help prepare our minds and bodies for the optimal retreat experience and beyond.

Please note: This retreat does not include sleeping accomodations for guests. If you are traveling from out of town we suggest Air BnB, Vrbo, or other bed and breakfasts in the Monkton, Hereford, or Jarretsville area. If you would like to attend and cannot find accomodations please contact us.
