This is not just a retreat, this is a 4 day imersive intensive that will elevate your life. Retreat guests will step away from the distractions of their daily routines to join us in the awe inspiring mountians around Aspen, Colorado.
This 4-day / 3-night retreat will take place in a gorgeous mountian retreat surrounded by stunning hikes, world-class cycling, and everything the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer.
This spring we will be introdoucing the G.B. retreat preparation program. In the weeks leading up the retreat, each guest will have a complimentary 45 minute session with Grimmel Biometrics founders Ashley Grimmel or Matt Townsley. During this session we will get to know you, address your specific goals, and provide recommendations for intervetions to begin in preparation for the retreat or suggest advance testing.
