This is not just a retreat, this is a 4 day imersive intensive that will elevate your life. Retreat guests will step away from the distractions of their daily routines to join us in the awe inspiring mountians just outside Aspen, Colorado.

This 4-day / 3-night retreat will take place in a gorgeous mountian retreat surrounded by stunning hikes, world-class cycling, and everything the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer. 

This Fall we will be introdoucing the G.B. retreat preparation program. In the 3 weeks leading up the retreat, each guest will have a complimentary 45 minute session with Grimmel Biometrics founders Ashley Grimmel or Matt Townsley. During this session we will address your specific goals and provide recommendations for intervetiones to begin leading up to the retreat or suggest advance testing. In addition, all guests will recive detailed nutrition and movement guidelines to help prepare our minds and bodies for the optimal retreat experience and beyond.

How to Purchase:

  • If you are staying with us:  Each guest will need to purchase a 4 day comprehensive retreat ticket. Accomodations tickets include all 3 nights stay, food & beverages.  If you need assitiance arranging travel from the airport please contact us. Please note that this base price ticket includes a bed in shared cabin style accomidations. Private room tickets may be purchased to ensure you have your own private, non shared accomidations. 
  • If you are a local resident or providing your own accomodations: You may purchase individual retreat day tickets or a discounted 4 day pass. The retreat tickets cover all activity fees, seminar and class fees, and meals. 

We do our best to keep our costs as realistic as possible. If you are interested in our retreat and are concerned about costs please reach out to Ashley@grimmelbiometrics.com to learn about our scholarship programs.

If this ticket type is accidentally purchased by someone who does not meet this criteria we will contact the purchaser and will hold a spot for 10 business days. If additional payment is not made before this time we will refund total ticket price less processing fees and the spot will be reopened.
