This 4-day / 3-night retreat will take place on secluded ranch house minutes from beautiful hikes, world-class mountain biking, and everything Aspen has to offer. During your time here you will gain hands-on experience implementing a variety of lifestyle interventions, enhance and expand your current health regimens, and of course enjoy the magic of Colorado’s Fall Season.
This retreat not only provides you with the knowledge and tools to optimize your life once you return home but does so during the most gorgeous season Colorado has to offer. Fall in Colorado is something special, and we intend to take full advantage of that. Within minutes of this property, you will find downtown Aspen, the Frying Pan River, world-class mountain biking, and hikes that weave in and out gold and amber aspen groves.
As you arrive on Friday you will be blown away by the views of Mt. Sopris as you settle into property nestled in the middle of the Rocky Mountains. If you please, there are a variety of small mountain towns and an assortment of nearby hiking and biking available. Friday night the retreat will kick off with a small opening ceremony followed by dinner and a “healthy” cocktails class. Saturday and Sunday will be filled with seminars and activities but have built-in time for you to explore the local area if you wish. Seminars will range from Wim Hof breathing to personal development courses. Accompanied with several workouts, hikes, and excursions you will no doubt be ready to settle into the property's hot tub as the nights wind down.
